The Shorebreak Office Building will be the new headquarters for Shoreline Equity Partners and Harborview Advisors serving the private equity and investments banking industries. The 3-story facility will include a ground floor parking garage and corporate offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Due to the relatively small site, approximately 80% of the parking is located at the building's ground floor below the occupied 2nd and 3rd floors. In order to comply with the city's 35ft zoning height restrictions, the buildings 2nd floor is a structural concrete flat slab supported by cast-in-place concrete columns. The structure above the 2nd floor is a steel framed system. The building's interior will have a modern and minimalist style to include polished concrete floors, exposed structure and glass walls contrasted with areas of wood paneling, flooring and ceilings.
