The East Campus Office Building is a three-story, 80,000 s.f. office and training facility. It is the first step in the redevelopment of the East Campus and will allow the University to move several non-academic programs out of private sector lease space and into the new building. The work includes master planning the entire campus as well as complete architectural and interior design. The building achieved LEED Gold certification.
