OceanGate Beaches Habitat
RDB is actively involved in our community. One of our principals was a member of the Beaches Habitat Board and our firm has donated design services for several significant projects. The Ocean Gate community project consists of 70 townhomes arranged in duplexes, triplexes and quadplexes. All of the homes have front porches facing a pedestrian friendly residential street with street parking provided for guests. Home owners parking and services are provided at the rear of the townhomes and accessed via service alleys. RDB is extremely proud to be a part of this very successful community project.
