Project Details

A 13-story high-rise, mixed-use project consisting of eight floors (200,000 s.f.) of office space, five floors of parking for 660 cars, and 20,000 s.f. of retail space on the ground floor along Riverside Avenue and Forest Streets. The project included the interior design of the corporate headquarters for a major bannking institution (name not disclosed at Owner's request). The banking headquarter's space was designed to reflect the company's entrepreneurial spirit and consisted of 50,000 s.f. occupying the top two floors. The space planning incorporated the use of daylighting in the open office areas and maximizes the workspace available with over 60 private offices and 175 workstations.
