The Shorebreak Office Building is the new headquarters for Shoreline Equity Partners located in Neptune Beach, Florida. The 3-story build-to-suit facility includes a ground floor parking garage and approximately 26,000 s.f. of corporate offices above. To comply with the city's 35ft zoning height restrictions, the building’s structure is cast-in-place concrete to minimize the required floor-to-floor heights. The design is a modern composition that reflects the owners’ desired corporate image and their coastal lifestyle. The architectural character is accomplished through the use of alternative materials and the juxtaposition of vertical elements and cantilevered horizontal balconies/roofs. The interior design follows a minimalist style that includes polished concrete floors, exposed structure and glass walls in contrast with wood paneled walls and ceilings.
