The project was a comprehensive renovation and adaptive reuse of a 30 year old building. It converted an aquatic center to a recreational gymnasium for collegiate intramural and varsity athletics by filling in the olympic sized pool and creating three full sized basketball courts. The new facility accommodates basketball, volleyball, badminton and indoor soccer. It included classrooms, locker rooms, administrative offices, laundry and the main gymnasium. It achieved LEED Silver Certification.
