Master plan, concept design, construction documents and construction administration for a new single tenant office/warehouse facility. The building features a two-story office regional headquarters for the tenant. The distribution center warehouse design includes concrete load-bearing tilt-up wall panels with knockouts for future flexibility. The steel columns are spaced at 40’ x 60’ and 40’ x 40’ with a minimum clear height of 24’ to the bottom of the roof structure.
