Building concept design, space programming, construction documents and construction administration for a new statement processing operations center. The facility consists of approximately 10,000 s.f. of office space, 20,000 s.f. of computerized statement processing space, 21,000 s.f. of climate controlled high-density warehouse space, 8,000 s.f. of raised floor computer/print space and a shipping/receiving and postal processing space with provisions for eight loading docks. The facility has been designed with disaster preventive measures to include a UPS/generator system, surge protection system, and a perimeter loop lightning protection system.
