Master plan, concept design, construction documents and construction administration for a new warehouse and distribution facility. The building features a flexible multi-tenant design including storefront access and a dock high warehouse. The concrete load-bearing walls feature panel knockouts for future building adjustability. The steel columns are spaced at 40’ by 40’ with a minimum clear height of 24’ to the bottom of the roof structure.
