Project Details

The Mayo Building Atrium is a new two-story, 30,000-square-foot multipurpose building with an attached 5-level/835 cars parking garage. The building and garage are situated at the heart of the Mayo Clinic Hospital Expansion. The unique design provides a large atrium with a monumental stair and a first floor restaurant as well as flexible space for future medical. The atrium was designed as a main entrance to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and a venue to host major events. The building was also designed to expand vertically to a 4-story facility capable of ultimately providing over 60,000 s.f. of space.
