Project Details

Phase I two-story, 42,000 s.f. renovation, Phase II, Phase III & Phase IV, new 8-story, 208,000 s.f. designed to further expand vertically to 10 stories. Phase I converted an existing high-bay warehouse into a two-story administration facility which included Mayo's principal communication and data hub. Phase II, III & IV is an eight-story facility which includes administration offices, training rooms, conferencing, dining, and medical research labs. Phase V will be the addtion of the final two floors expansion (9th & 10th floors).
