RDB is providing design services for the new Flagler Center Office Building to include: master site planning, schematic design, interior design, preparation of Construction Documents and Construction Administration. The 3 story/50,000 s.f. speculative shell office building is being designed to accommodate flexible, multi-tenant occupancy. The building’s interior space provides large “columnless” tenant floors with possible 11’-0” height ceilings on the first and second floors and 10’-0” to 18-0 height ceilings on the third floor. The building’s exterior will employ a composition of cast concrete panels, veneer stone and glass to create a unique modern architectural character. Construction is scheduled to be completed July 2019.
