Project Details

USNR is the world’s largest supplier of equipment and technologies for the wood sawmill industry with their headquarters located in Woodland, Washington. USNR operates three manufacturing plants in the U.S. and their new Jacksonville 169,400 s.f. facility will be one of their largest manufacturing facilities. This project is a retrofit of an existing high-bay tilt-up warehouse originally constructed in the mid 1980’s. The project consisted of a new 22,400 s.f., 2-story administration facility that houses Jacksonville’s engineering, finance, marketing, and management departments. The 147,000 s.f. manufacturing plant is fully air conditioned and houses USNR’s “end-to-end” equipment manufacturing for sawmills and planermills. RDB’s design work included complete architectural, engineering, and interior design services.
